Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Petite Studio pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 20 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring all original designer tags and labels are intact.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
